I know several people that use this to automatically make copies of pictures and mp3 files on their computer. I use it to backup My Pictures folder on my Vista machine to my network drive - that way, if my hard drive ever crashes, I will have a backup of all the photos. I don't think this program is intended to backup your whole system. There are many other programs out there to do that. But this one is fast, and works in the background. It only backs up new files that haven't been backed up before, so that makes it efficient and fast. It does its job in the background, so you can keep using the computer while it is happening.
