DT Utilities PC Backup 10

I'm impressed with the reviews and planned to purchase PC Backup but attempted to contact DT Utilities with a very simple question regarding use on multiple computers. Despite two queries to their contact address, there has been no reply. I will certainly not purchase anything from a company that will not respond to a potential customer - a clear message of what to expect from their customer support.

So, I downloaded DT Utilities backup and then tried to run it. Nothing happened. I contacted their support and told them it didn't run. They didn't understand that so I told them I downloaded it (gave them the file name) and that it doesn't run when I click on it. I don't know what else they need to know that I can tell them. However, they haven't responded to that. I don't think they give a darn about users. My HD was acting funny and I needed backup quickly. Here I am days later and they haven't responded.
