I tried this product out because I have tons of Multimedia files that up to this point were not backed up. I was amazed how simple and easy it was to select what I wanted to back up. And with very few clicks was able to back up everything that I wanted. I also like the image creation feature which lets you create a disaster recovery disk. This feature is much like what all major computer manufacturers are doing these days instead of sending Windows disks. No more reloading drivers after a clean base image has been backed up using this software. Just stick the Disaster Recovery Disk in and in no time at all your computer is back to its pre-crash state. Another Feature that I found to work extremely well was the Open File backup feature. Up until this point I've always had trouble copying files will they are still in use on the network. This software allows you to copy them no matter if they are in use or not. So now all I do is go into the scheduler and set what time and what files to back up and I no longer have to worry about my vital information. This software definitely beats the limited built-in backup feature that is included in Windows.
