We had no problems installing or setting up DT Utilities PC Backup. The one-click option to backup and restore is a handy and excellent tool if you backup and restore your entire computer system frequently. All users will find the one-click simplicity reassuring.

The rest of the program isn't overly complex either. The layout and native Windows approach should feel natural to most users. The interface is straightforward, and has specific modes for basic and advanced users.

DT Utilities PC Backup does an excellent job backing up and restoring data and you have a variety of backup options. You can backup your entire system, or just certain types of files (music, email, photos). You can even manually select specific files to backup. PC Backup supports incremental and differential backups, so you can just backup the new and recently changed files.

Help/Documentation:  

DT Utilities PC Backup provides convenient help; with the push of a button you can turn your cursor into a question mark that allows you to click on any feature to view a short description.

Data Transfer's PC Backup has help document files complete with an index and search engine. But even more important than having useful help, the system is easy to use.

Overall, DT Utilities PC Backup is a great data backup program. The backup process is easy, and more importantly, so is the restoring process. With additional features and simple functionality, PC Backup by DT Utilities is a great data backup solution that will protect your files while you save them and allows you to easily restore your system in the event of a disaster.
