I tried this product out because I have tons of Multimedia files that up to this point were not backed up. I was amazed how simple and easy it was to select what I wanted to back up. And with very few clicks was able to back up everything that I wanted.

DT Utilities PC backup is an intelligent and powerful backup software, that has a wide range of features. You can create an image backup of your entire PC, and in case of a system crash or hardware failure, you can get your system running very quickly.

I'm impressed with the reviews and planned to purchase PC Backup but attempted to contact DT Utilities with a very simple question regarding use on multiple computers. Despite two queries to their contact address, there has been no reply. I will certainly not purchase anything from a company that will not respond to a potential customer - a clear message of what to expect from their customer support.

So, I downloaded DT Utilities backup and then tried to run it. Nothing happened. I contacted their support and told them it didn't run. They didn't understand that so I told them I downloaded it (gave them the file name) and that it doesn't run when I click on it. I don't know what else they need to know that I can tell them. However, they haven't responded to that. I don't think they give a darn about users. My HD was acting funny and I needed backup quickly. Here I am days later and they haven't responded.
